I think that could be it, and has been. I`m thinking not necessarily as part of the Agreement with S & L, but as an ``independent`` action (at S&L`s descretion, and PTSC`s). If so, it`s good. If not, rack it up to ``normal`` trading (and shorting).

But, again, I KNOW nuttin` and could easily be totally wrong.
