I too was doing the question mark face (head tilted to one side, big frown, saying ``Whaaaa?`` - like a Labradore - LOL) the first time I saw it, so don`t feel too bad. I believe (and intend) it to mean Swartz and Leckhorn, with whom PTSC as outstanding stock warrants and certain agreements as to their retirement. As I recall, per the agreements, PTSC was limited in their ability to act. However, IMO, it doesn`t prevent S and/or L from acting beyond the scope of the agreement (where they are not limited) to expedite things. That`s why I included the words ``independently`` and ``at their descretion``.
