I think alot of people here seem to think, falsely, that the share buyback program is going to have an immediate and big impact. As if intentionally keeping the pps down in the 80s, so management can buy up 10 mil. shares is going to make us a 2.00 stock again. Seems noone has attempted to run any numbers. Nothing wrong with buying shares back, but it will take alot of money and time to have that kind of impact.
Those Swartz and Lincoln warrants threaten to increase OS even after spending millions in a buyback, and we need to come to an agreement to retire all of them. Hopefully we have gotten the first 10 mil. under our belt by now.
