If I had to specualte I would say that Sony would go into Q1, so that knowledge of the amount of the transaction is further deferred (perhaps for strategic negotiating purposes), and to augment the new fiscal year`s revenues which will eventually help down the road in year-to-year comparisons. Just a hunch, and a flimsy one at that.
