I read your post about the possibility of the Sony #s being included in this filing and am in agreement with you. I did not know about the 4-day rule until I read your post - I had assumed that the numbers would not be included. It would be nice to see them there. I can think of no reason they would need to file an extension unless they are working on getting them included. I know that some have speculated that they will not be included b/c they (TPL/PTSC) want to keep the #s ``secret`` from the J3. IMHO, the J3 knows the #s already-- or would have access to them b/c of discovery rules. A letter from DP stating the direction of this co. is a must--you can not keep shareholders in the dark. I am quite sure we will get one-it is the customary thing to do. Good luck and thanks for your input, ads
