has not been granted by the court. Exhibit three is simply the ``proposed order.`` Ron, or others with legal expertise, I would appreciate your thoughts and opinions. I view this as one big guy stepping in to defend its` big guy customers. I don`t know if their patent defenders are more formidable than the J3 but I would imagine ARM has more experience with patent disputes. JMHO and based on no legal knowledge or expetise whatsoever. HELP!
