Thanks for your quick response Ron. Your views are obviously highly respected and for good reason. I really find this interesting:

billion such ARM-equipped processors throughout the world.``
It appears to me that ARM has helped us identify the value of the infringement. It would be very hard for them to come back and say that an adverse court decision does not affect their broad spectrum of processors. Again, what do I know?
