I agree with you 100%.
Even with Turley`s presence (on paper) on the PTSC side, I strongly suspect (and believe) it`s in TPLs best interest to use Turley (including TPL Engineers, Moore, et al) in preparation with ARM. Besides that quite a few years back, we had turley as a direct advisor to PTSC after they had folded tent (production wise) and re-stratgized their business focus.
Also, remember, ARM was a minority investor in a company Turley ran 5-6 years ago (Palmchip), so besides probably being well versed in the technical aspect of the ARM processors, Turley has some knowledge of the Corporate side of how ARM runs.
BTW, JIM has been an speaker at ARM sponsored events. They know him and reputation well.
