Couldn`t agree more. I guess some expected ARM to walk into the court room and state that they have been selling products to their customers that they don`t own the rights to. ARM is in a really bad spot right now...and they are going to come out swinging...and they should.
At the end of the day, if this goes to court, it all comes down to which side can best explain ``in simple terms`` their case to folks like you and I.
