I was taken aback by the tone of your email. In the seven years I have been a shareholder I have done quite a bit of research into our company and continue to do so and your sarcastic ``lowly poor old retail investor`` sling was a bit off. None of us is lowly but I am old and I am a retail investor.

My post was directed to the fact that the information that we are getting from SEC and Pacer filings could and probably should be coming out in communications from the company.

I would bet my bottom dollar that the company would very much like to keep us better informed but is handcuffed by constraints of the agreement Patriot has with TPL.

As for my family tree, I did some research and I found out our ancestors use to ``hang`` out together.
