If their plan is to graduate to a more formidable exchange and earn the trust and respect of the investment community there is no better way to do that than to report on time regardless of the circumstances. Companies with much more complex accounting circumstances find a way to file on time and there is no reason it should take more than 3 months to fit Sony in if they had to.

If we are going to attract new investors they are going to expect filings on time. Delayed filings are a huge red flag to your typical investors and I say typical because I don`t fall into that category but new investors might. It boils down to integrity and can management be trusted to be accountable to shareholders.
