I am not concerned about the delay. I am not certain that the reasons given are necessarily the real reasons or at least all of them, as the delay may be tactical and thus inherently in our best interest - but no one knows for sure, yet.

The real key is to issue a correct report, not a hasty one; thereby avoiding the worst scenario for any investor -- a restatement. So heres to the minor delay, and to accurate reporting!!
