Busy? Maybe a little, but other than these nuisance motions, busy doing what? You think they aren`t prepared? IMO they were basically prepared long, long ago. And the real legal action is a year off. IMO, they`ve had time to pursue other infringers, no problem.

But I KNOW nuttin`!
