That makes sense, I never thought about the possibility of sueing the same parties again with the other chips listed.

Surely the courts wouldn`t like to see the same suit filed

10 times, with 10 chips for a total of 100 chips (random figure).

I just don`t want them to screw up any procedures and give them an appeal right and/or have some important facts excluded,that we need in.

Lawyers can come up wiht the ``dangdest`` stuff....LOL
