I thought, I read that the company was limited to a max of 25% of the daily volume as far as how many shares of PTSC they could buy on the open market . At the close of the market,308K was about 25% of the toatal volume.My first thought was PTSC had just bought what they were limited to.Of course,that`s IMO.Great board,long time lurker and long!Go PTSC !!!
