Perhaps he or another patent attorney will show up before too long. The thing of it is--these documents are not meant for the lay person to read. They are written for the courts and attornies. On the surface it looks to me like NEC is really trying to influence Judge Ward not to let everything come into light. This court has probably seen all kinds of motions that are intended to keep it in the dark. I have faith that Judge Ward is intelligent/savy/worldly enough to see through it all. Townsend and Townsend have presented in front of Judge Ward in the past and probably know more about what the Judge will allow. At some point we have to turn it over and have faith that the right thing will be done. We could hurt ourselves by trying to pick it apart as our knowledge of the law is quite limited. Good luck, ads
