It would appear that NEC have avoided addressing the central issues and focused on the external chip design. TPL raised, for example and by way of representation, clocking speed - this was not addressed in defence.

TPL aren`t interested in the packaging, rather what drives it.

By submitting reams of ``Web site print-outs``, TPL are merely indicating that all the chips are using the patent/s without license, irregardless of the external differences.
