If anything this announcement is a positive since a major company agreed to sign up despite the fact that J3 had the guts to take tpl/ptsc to court. That to me validates ptsc`s case. Also keep in mind that its next to impossible to sign a company every month. TPL/PTSC does not have an unlimited number of attorneys/accountants to ensure that they get the best deal from each company.Even if a company does communicate with TPL/PTSC agreeing to license the portfolio it most definitely takes time to draw up the paperwork and dot the i`s and cross the t`s.
