MMP licensing rates can be expected to increase according to plan as first mover MMP portfolio licensing berths continue to be rapidly captured by global leaders.

Sounds good and the future looks bright. If we see a flurry of licensing this month, IMO the B1J3 becomes a side show and icing on the cake.
