This was a really informative article but the following is disturbing, ``and that the patent owner had the ability to meet the demand for the products covered by the patent.``

Could we have met the demand for the product sold by the 300 or so infringers? Hope the judge looks at each case individually. Shows how difficult this process is and makes you appreciate the work that TPL is doing.
