I think it is about time that we stop using this term for fee`s paid to PTSC/TPL by infringers as if we are receiving financial renumeration as an undeserved favor by the licensee.

Websters defines ``nuisance`` as ``one that is annoying, unpleasant or obnoxious``, it is not defined as unnecessary!

IMO the license fee`s we are collecting, although maybe not as much as we would like, are the direct result of infringement pure and simple. They are being paid even if at a discount as a direct course of being caught at using our patents in an unauthorized manner.

Of course this is jmo
