Congratulations on TPL`s license of Olympus. For those who say that these are just nuisance fees think about the fact that these companies get hit with claims of infringement almost on a daily basis, however, you don`t see them signing licensing deals with every accuser. The patents have been validated plain and simple...Companies of this magnitude wont pay out a penny let alone up to $30M for a license they thought they really were not infringing. IMO doing this would open them up to many more claims.
