DP stated at the April shm that the company was planning to get back to proper timing of shm`s by scheduling another meeting later this year (he may have mentioned Oct, I just don`t recall).

It is my recollection that he made it sound as if this second meeting of `06 was going to be more of a procedural meeting then that meeting at LaCosta that we were presently attending on the 28th of April. By the tone of the comment at the time I did not expect to see a full blown jumping through hoops shareholder meeting in the last quarter of this year.

I reiterate that these are just my recollections on what I heard and how I perceived DP`s comments.
