We should be receiving an annual statement from PTSC with proxy information regarding items that my need to be voted on by shareholders. Although the company usually pr`s in advance date - time - and place of the meeting. As far as where the meeting will be held, your guess is as good as mine. Previous meetings have been held near the corp hdq`s either in our north east county or the last one at LaCosta near the coast and near the new office`s. All this is up to the company and will be announced.

As I previously posted DP mentioned that this upcoming meeting will be held just to get us back on the proper calendar schd based upon on our year end closing. So what we can expect to learn at the meeting is up in the air. The last meeting was extremely well attended by many of the major players on this board.
