Those warrants are in S/L`s hands. Using those warrants to buy a company is not possible unless S/L want to buy it for us (which they should, bastards have been bending us over for years). Those warrants are free money to S/L. Look at it this way...Patriot management...LG and the BOD at the time which included Pohl... sold some 35% or so of the company to S/L for less than $6M in financing.
