It`s a big problem that I`ve been stressing must be addressed and I agree management has been making baby steps to correct it. The jury is still out as to how serious they are about fixing this but regardless it might take a while.

I`ve also stressed that we need new blood from outside if we are ever going to be taken seriously from wall street. IMO wall street needs to look no further than the track record of management and how long they have been with the company producing nothing. If I can see how vague the plan is Pohl keeps mentioning imagine what the I Bankers can see. Oh well I`ll continue to give them more time for now...although its been what 15 months?
