Leckrone stated that they had been working with Sony for a long time on ``something``--Sony was withdrawn from the lawsuit early--that probably qualified them for discounts. My hope is that whatever TPL was working on with them (and if that is what qualified them for discount)included PTSC--if not, and they still got a discount, it is not fair to PTSC. Good luck, ads
