I am also more than interested in the year end financials coming out next week and then of course the first quarter due next month. Along with the reports I look forward to further information from DP on anything he might want or can share with us.

However based upon last quarters report and the info therein I think the delay may be because the filing is based upon a consolidated report from Phoenix Digital aka TPL/PTSC.

If I recall correctly there was an inital overwhelming surge of enthusiasm until it was pointed out that our take was half of what was displayed.

I shall wait and see
