On February 3, 2006, the Company agreed to redeem 2,000,000 warrants for $252,420 and has recorded a liability for that amount at February 28, 2006. Payment for the redemption occurred in March 2006.

If warrants have been redeemed @ 2,000,000 per month since then, it would only be possible to have done 16,000,000 maximum. Until it`s filed, we don`t know.
