Ease I have to agree with Milestone that your calcs are a little off. I think we have around 75-85M warrants OS and if they were all bought back from S/L our OS shares would be around 350M shares....but that`s a big if. If all the warrants were converted today we would be at around your 425M OS so minus out the 75-85M warrants and we are around 350M OS. Our Authorized still remains at 500M plus 5M prefferd`s which require no shareholder approvals. I would love to see all those warrants disappear, however, it seems as if we just cant stop issuing them....to TPL (ok they are producing), retire then reissue to S/L, AMD (ok they probably wont play games like S/L), options to the BOD...and on and on. I`m all for issuing options to the BOD but god damm at least make them earn those options.
