``On February 3, 2006, the Company agreed to redeem 2,000,000 warrants for $252,420 and has recorded a liability for that amount at February 28, 2006. Payment for the redemption occurred in March 2006``

It looks like the warrant buy-back has started, only the 10K will confirm how it progressed.
