Defendants additional time to prepare their response. Plaintiffs have agreed to this

motion. WHEREFORE, Defendants respectfully pray that the Court grant this Motion and permit the extension of time to file its Preliminary Invalidity Contentions from September 11, 2006 to September 18, 2006.

supporting it, finds the Motion should be granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendants’ Unopposed Motion For Extension Of Time To File Defendants’ Preliminary Invalidity Contentions is hereby GRANTED in its entirety, and that Defendants shall be permitted to file their Preliminary Invalidity Contentions on or before September 18, 2006.
