If the Sony settlement isn`t mentioned in this 10Q

then we should have $ 000.00 revenues for the last

quarter...right? ( Sony was the 1st of the last announcements )Please correct me if I am wrong.

If then, that is the case, why the delay in filing?

What purpose would it serve? Therefore, IMO the Sony

settlement will be reported in this upcoming filing. I

think our half will be 47 million. JMO.
