In other words, why do we need to read all this conspiracy crap into everything. Could it be that the filing is delayed for the reasons they state - that they need to make some determinations regarding the proper accounting of things? Not because of the timing of Sony. Not because one quarter is going to be better than another quarter. Not because they are trying to hide info from anyone.
