It does seem as though PTSC went from being barely able to walk to taking giant leaps and was simply not able to cope with the complexities of sec requirements that these new partnerships, deals, etc., demanded....directly resulting from inexperience and unqualified advice from accounting and auditors. It is simply being sorted out now. IMO, the worst thing and it will definately impact share price is the ``e``. It sure seems like ptsc should have been hiring accountants at the same pace the J3 issue has forced all to hire lawyers. LOL That mention of further dilution to correct the situation....thank you Lowell!!!
