moxa... can`t venture a guess on that one.. I`d have to go back and reread some of the court docs.. and I can`t right now since I`m about to start work.. Tho, quickly I don`t know how they could claim 100% ownership of the entire Shboom.. I am completely separating `336 from Shboom, wrt these court procedings...
