From the press releases TPL/PTSC are raising the prices for settelments.... Because of this they do not want to show what they have already settled for too early (everyone always wants a sale price instead of full price)... If they keep with tradition apprx. every three months they settel w/ 3 or 4 companies then start with the next set of companies my guess they have some settlements done & are starting others..... In the meantime the markets hate what is uncertian... so the price will drift lower (mostly on low volume ).... however we may see a littler heavier selling today....

I am still long & strong (but could be stronger).... this is a short term bump....
