Lemmings are running off the cliff. There seem to be many short term holders here, who, when confronted with a 30 day delay in reporting get scared crazy and sell.

What baffles me is the non-attention paid to the fact that on Sept 12 all the Nippon Electric attorneys exited the J-3case, stage left.If this isn`t an indication of a settlement by NEC, I don`t know what is. What else could it be??
