Confirmed, SHM pushed out, no new date given, no explanation to the pushout, perhaps linked to the recent 8K release...well yeah, right, maybe or maybe not.

No idea on whether or when a follow-up announcement will come from the company....

I asked Ken to escalate to our fearless leaders that they need to consider shareholder interests a bit more and maybe widen the information flow regarding things like this...
