the horse`s mouth, IMHO. It was stated in our last proxy that the shm would be in Oct. I truly think that they thought that all their ducks would be lined up by then and that it would be a good time for the meeting. I continue to think that they are negotiating an acquisition, offer of a buyout or reverse merger with TPL. I think that dealing with the Swartz situation is going to take a little bit longer that anticipated, but I do believe that they are trying to get it done quickly. IMHO, it would be better to push the mtg. out a little----announcement of it needs to come from DP and not Ken. Good luck, ads
