Yes, my regrets - I apparently wasn`t clear. It should come from DP, hence the comment to Ken about communication - since Hawk *must be* speaking periodically w/DP.

I won`t even venture a guess as to what may be happen. it may be as innocent as to the linked to the accounting restatents, or it may be something else.
