From my copy of the B&O`s amended request for declaratory judgement of Jul 04: Beattie is trying to cull out from all the subdivided patents the ``joint inventorship claims`` of Moore from those ``stand-alone`` contributions of Fish. All that is recognized as Fish product is owned by PTSC. The subdivided patents named by B&O are: ``336,`` ``749``, ``890`` and ``148.`` Other patents are recognized as jointly owned and there is no contest. The efforts of B&O are strictly guided by the knowledge, testimony, and file records of Higgins and Fish.
