The MMP would be under one roof so to speak and TPL would then be a public co.. I don`t think that TPL would want to remain on the OTC long. If that happened, I think we would see a reverse split of shares and apply to Nasdaq as quickly as possible. What are your thoughts? I need to go back and take a look at Robt. Nielson`s bio--I think that there are several people there who have the ``know how`` on going public. Good luck, ads
