I think that they have to restate b/c of the warrat situation. I think that they are getting ready to merge with a company that is currently listed on a major exchange. I think that we will see the ``E`` being removed by or before Oct 13th. I think that we will not get Sony numbers on the 13th--we will get them on the 15th just 2 days later. I think that we will also have a date set for shm at that time and it will be sometime in Jan. or Feb. (should be a good time to go to San Diego). I think we MAY hear of the co. that we are working with (r/t merger)on the 15th of Oct. or at least by the shm. I KNOW that I liked the letter from DP and was very happy to get it.
