I agree. Add to that the fact that things must be pretty well sorted out for them to have filed their revised 3Q 10Q. Now they should only have to plug the numbers into the right places (consistently). It`s not like there was that much visible activity in 4Q. I expect the 10K well before the ``drop dead``.

But I KNOW nuttin`!
