Ease, I think your right as well. The company controls when it releases information and what information it wants to release to drive the SP where they want it to go. I believe it made sence that PTSC kept quiet for awhile and delayed the Q filing for the buy back opportunities. A little bad news like the delay in filing and accounting problems would put doubt in investers minds and they could get shares faster. Now it looks like PTSC is ready for the SP to rise announcing the Kenwood deal, Pohl letter and upcoming back to back year end and first quarter financial results.
I also agree that the dozens of companies that moved first, will get some kind of deal and that the deals are probably all but done waiting for timely release by PTSC. It makes sence that PTSC would announce deals in a way to
show Q over Q growth. It wouldn`t surprise me if companies are still considered first movers if they come to the table on their own now or in the future.
I also think that Arm and the J3 will settle out of court at some point in time. They have some of the best lawyers money can buy, but TPL has a terrific legal team as well.
I think that the J2 that broke rank and settled as well as AMD and Intel licensing the MMP speaks volumes to the validity of the patents.
I believe the foundation has been laid and we are ready for the next phase.
But what do I know I`m just a Christmas tree farmer.
All the best,
Steve
