Hope I am wrong and that is just an opinion, but I believe it will be a millstone around the neck of the shareprice until it is settled or we win. I also believe that those are the only two possible outcomes. I do not believe, based upon our progress in licensing to date, that there is any prior art or anything else that will let ARMHY off the hook. I truly believe we will win and have invested accordingly. I would be happy with $2-3 by the end of the year. JMHO and it is worth just exactly what you paid to obtain it. BTW, we really need to stop quoting SGE because, by his own admission, he knows nuttin`. :>))
