IF there had been ``prior art`` Jim Turley nor Nick Tredernnick would have anything to do with PTSC or TPL either one. They both have had dealings with Arm and KNOW the microprocessor industry. The lay day traders who would like to load up and resell are the ones who post this kind of nonsense in order to try to get the price down. I would venture to bet that most of the folks stating ``prior art`` don`t even know what our tech is all about. I honestly do not think that Jim or Nick (who have BOTH written books and worked with multiple companies who make microprocessors) would associate with a penny stock company who is claiming infringement against market giants if there were no truth to the it.
