Mr Pohl... Please give your shareholders a better idea of what you are planning on doing with the cash you/we are accumulating. Are you enlisting the council of any others? Do you believe it may be in the best interests of shareholders & shareholder value to bring in additional minds in this decision? Perhaps even adding some new qualified blood to the Board (preferably someone from a major electronics or semi company who's not an attorney)? There are two seats on the Board currently open. Mr Pohl.. Please know that I am concerned with what directly affects PTSC, and what PTSC management has control over, and from what you have stated recently, that points directly at the biggest decision you will be making for PTSC & PTSC shareholders. I ask that you please maximize your ability in whatever way needed inorder to make this decision properly. Our shareprice will depend on it. Thank you
