It is fairly obvious what TPL has planned for their financial windfall from the MMP.. paying salaries (lots of 'em), chasing infringers, developing & marketing Chuck's chips. Now what do you suppose PTSC management has planned for our treasure chest? I see many posts concerning TPL & many concerning the litigation, but I see none regarding what OUR company is going to decide regarding OUR cut of the MMP pie. The magnitude of this decision could possibly let PTSC stand on its own.. as a corporate entity that actually has a purpose, aside from just collecting & counting monies from the MMP. Your decision Mr Pohl (& the Board) is the opotunity for PTSC to become a real viable company, one that belongs on the AMEX or Naz.. You will not have the opportunity to remake this decision if chosen unwisely... I know you are deep into this decision.. probably actually in the books of some companies. Possibly even having pared potential candidites down to a few... You have been working on this for aprox a year now. The wrong decision (and we know how hard & fickle retail is now don't we) could do major damamge to our share price. This is a MUCH more difficult undertaking than accounting correctly for MMP revenue. Please, enlist whatever help you (& we shareholders) deem neccesary.. and do not make this decision in haste. Regards
